Refunds and Returns:
Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased. Most sales are final. We look at returns on a case by case basis. If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact customer service at Aasagroupllc@gmail.com. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.

In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with in original packaging and accessories.

We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit. No returns because of dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering will be accepted.

In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping charges.

Refunds
Aasa Group LLC will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify on the return status basis of if the refund request has been approved or declined.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Missing or Late Refunds
Please contact your bank/credit card company first, as it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted.

Sales items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be made only for damaged items or defective items.
